有了治療師的相關知識後,還是有點懷疑這麼簡單的動作也許只能幫助其他人,對我應該效果不太大。當我為我的學生們備課時才發現有一些必要的身體調整,從一般的瑜伽動作中跟本不會做到那麼細膩。自從我開始做療癒瑜伽之後發現我的整條脊椎原來是有點歪的, 難怪我做輪式時脊椎常發出嚘嚘的聲音,到底是長期在辦公室工作和不慎的進食,還是就是在做一般瑜伽的高難度動作時扭曲變形就不得而知了。只知道我的老師告訴我們,如果身體有痛症和扭曲變形的人練一般的瑜伽是非常的危險,不練好過練,最起碼不用為瑜伽蒙上污名。我現在如時間許可都會先完成一堂療癒瑜伽再來做我要操練的部分。
After getting the related therapist knowledge, still doubt these simple poses can only help others, it would not help me. however, when I prepare these courses for my  students, I find that some necessary body adjustment, some meticulous poses you can't find from general poses.

我是這樣選對的!I choose it right by doing these !
主因是長期在辦公室裏面工作,以至我整個肩頸都有痠痛。在沒有辦法之下離開會計的行業。之後找不同的治療和運動都沒有效果。失望之際有朋友介紹我做瑜伽。幸運遇到有經驗有愛心的導師,肩頸問題解決了很多。讓我感覺到我的人生開始有新的希望。就興致勃勃地去考一個瑜伽導師證照可每天自己治療。在教導瑜伽的這段時間我學習到要我的肩頸和整條脊椎更加地回到正位上,並牢固和穏定不易受傷才能快樂地活下去!我當時是這樣想的!去檢驗所照片看一下肩頸和腰椎,真想不到,只是一點點的頸椎過直和偏離竟然讓我如此的受盡折磨。查詢過整骨可能內臟會受大傷,年紀大一點的聽說有人已因而送掉生命!即使有整骨師可以幫到忙,我想還是自己治療自己比較滑算和安全。趕快去考一個相關的治療師證照去解決我的問題。我現在可以很無拘無束地快樂地生活是因為我選對了的運動。希望可以與妳共勉,我也可以協助妳解決妳的問題。My whole neck and shoulders are soreness the core reason should be long term sitting in the office. I leaved the accounting career in no help. After that, I found different healing and sports ways, but no help. Desperately, One of my friend introduced me to a yoga class. Fortunately, I taught by an experienced and loving teacher, that helped me a lot. Then, that I felt hope of my life.I wanted to heal myself everyday by myself, I interestingly took a yoga teacher certificate.After being a Yoga teacher, I've learned that if I wanted to live happily, I have to treat my neck and shoulders and spine on the right way and firm and steadily! At lease this was what I thought at that time! Wish to get the conditions of my neck and shoulders from Inspection office,hardly believe that only a tiny of Cervical vertebrae and deviation lead me to such a tortured condition! It would damage my Internal organs  if I find help from the Osteopath. Even I've heard that one elder-er had past away! Even some Osteopaths may help, heal by myself may be a better saver way! I decided to take a therapist certificate quickly to solve my problems. Now, I can  live unrestrained and happily just because of I have chose the right sports. I hope that we can encourage each other and can help you solve your problems too!
