如妳曾去過找按摩師想擺脫肩頸痠痛,妳慢慢會發現只按肩頸是不夠的。結合瑜伽、解剖學按推法,原始點按摩推按法,中醫經絡,筋膜放鬆和印度阿育吠陀理論,幫助班員的身體慢慢地回復到正位上。

運用瑜伽工具找出身體隱藏了的疼痛部份,

使您和您的身體有更正面的溝通,使您更懂得愛您的身體。

If you have tried to get ride of neck and shoulders soreness and paralysis and found a masseur, you would found out gradually that is not enough only by messaging her. Combined with Indian Ayurvedic theory,fascia relax,Chinese medicine meridian, Original Point message method, human anatomy message method and yoga, help students' body come back to their right way gradually. Find out your body's soreness parts which maybe hidden  by using yoga tools to help. Let your body and you reach a more positive communication, that help you know more how to love your body.

以為成為瑜伽導師之後身體就可以讓我調理到最理想的狀態。誰知道,很多時候都是不經意的過度操練,身體有時候會感覺緊繃或過度疲累。療癒瑜伽運用工具和重視呼吸幫我放鬆和重新教育我的身體,讓其回到正位上,疼痛的部位消失,讓我輕鬆無負擔!

I suppose, after being a yoga teacher, I can treat my body in an idea stage always. Who knows! Always over training inadvertently, sometimes I felt  tight or fatigue. Healing Yoga, using tools and valuing the respiration, Help me relax and reeducation my body, let it come back to the right way, the soreness parts disappeared, let me feel relax and no burden.
